We want you to love your Alvea Australis products. However, due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery (unless deemed faulty).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [insert email/contact form link], with your order details and photos of the product. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.
